About
Tim Chesonis
His thoughts, words, prayers and worship were all focused on the Father.

Ever since I was 16 years old, I knew that I wanted to serve the Lord for the rest of my life. Every life changing decision was made in light of that context, including marrying my wife while we were in Bible College 30 years go. She has always been there right by my side, encouraging me to press onward and upward.
Together we have two beautiful adult children who are our pride and joy, as they too, serve the Lord with all of their heart and demonstrate their love for the Lord by embracing a servant mentality.
On a personal note, as a hobby, I love tinkering with computers, . . . specifically operating systems, be it Windows, MacOS, or variants of Linux. I also love everything Apple, (yes, I guess I’m an “Apple fan boy”).
I also love writing. So I write articles and I’m now starting to write books. In fact, I have over 10 book titles the Lord has given me that I will be writing, which I find incredibly encouraging and humbling.
Having put my “hand to the plow” on many fronts over the years, I have concluded that I personally find fulfillment by doing two things: Serving people and encouraging them. These two things are evidenced in my employment history, going back 30 years, be it serving as a waiter in a restaurant, or serving as a tech support representative for a major computer company.
Serving and encouraging people is at the heart of everything I do, because I am convinced that these two things are fundamental in advancing the Kingdom of God. Of course, there are so many different ways of serving and encouraging people, all of which I love to explore and write about.
